KNOWN ISSUES - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - KODAK Special Occasions software runs from the disc, which cannot be removed while you are using the application. If you want to use a picture from another disc, you need to copy the picture to your hard drive first. If you are using a Canon printer, the print driver allows you to print only a single page at a time. If you change the number of copies in the Print dialog box, only one page will print regardless of the number of prints you requested. KODAK Special Occasions software is not supported on the Windows NT platform. If you are running Windows NT, you may not be able to print your card and you may also run out of virtual memory. If you click the Close box in the application title bar to quit the application, you may have to confirm "Yes" twice in order to exit the application. If you enlarge a piece of clip art or a sentiment too much, thin tile lines will appear across your image. To remove the tile lines, reduce the size of the artwork until the tile lines are no longer visible. The Alignment window displayed during the printing process has a three-digit limit in the vertical and horizontal settings. If you enter values greater than -99, the last digit is dropped off. For example, adding two more increments to -99 should produce -101, but the value becomes -10. It is unlikely that you will need to move a page more than 2 or 3 values in any direction. The Zoom button in the Edit Picture window does not have a maximum zoom in value. Although you can make the picture as large as you want, the picture will become unusable if you enlarge it too much. You cannot place clip art or sentiments off the bottom or right edges of your card. When you select a picture in the Open dialog box and click Open, you cannot cancel the process of loading the picture in the picture frame. To replace the picture, click Add Picture in the Design window and select another picture. NOTE: You cannot delete a picture from the frame once you have added a picture to the card. The multimedia demonstration runs at a speed relative to your system CUP speed. The faster your system is, the faster the demonstration runs. You should not use Mac-formatted image files with Special Occasions software. This application is intended to work with Windows-formatted image files only. In the Main Menu window, pressing the F1 key displays the help topic for the Occasions screen.
